Boasting panoramic views and just a 15-minute walk from the CBD's East End, you'll be surrounded by renowned eateries and well-connected to Melbourne's most vibrant suburbs via the tram, including Fitzroy, Collingwood and Richmond. Open-plan living flows out to a private balcony with a BBQ for easy grilling, while a shared rooftop deck invites you to take a dip in the stunning outdoor pool or hit the fully equipped gym. Secure parking for one car is included—a rarity in this area.
With its grand floor-to-ceiling windows offering city views, modern conveniences, and a prime location surrounded by leafy parks and local eateries, this light-filled apartment is an ideal launchpad to explore all that the city has to offer.
Make use of the fully-equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to cook meals at home, then dine at the bar-style bench top with high seats for four. After dinner, pour a glass of wine and enjoy the sparkling city views from your high-rise balcony before kicking back on the plush couches and relaxing in front of the wall-mounted TV.
Come night, unwind in two bedrooms, both flooded with natural light and equipped with ceiling fans to keep things comfortable. The first bedroom features a king bed and ample built-in storage space, while a second bedroom can sleep two in single beds. Freshen up in the bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and vanity.
Additional amenities include secure parking for one car, air conditioning and heating in the living area, and an in-unit washer and dryer. There is secure parking for one car, and you will have access to the building’s beautiful rooftop pool, deck and gym. If you intend to use the pool you will need to bring your own pool towel.
Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you want to receive mail, you will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
Regarding the BBQ, we are unable to refill the gas bottle if it's empty, but if you swap it over for a full gas bottle we will reimburse you for the cost, just provide the receipt.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. You'll also have access to the shared pool and gym. Please make yourself at home!

A quick walk will take you to bustling Smith Street, Gertrude Street and Brunswick Street—that have a never-ending array of dining and nightlife to discover—while the tram line is just steps from the building, easily connecting you with the city, Queen Victoria Markets and Etihad Stadium. Or opt to jump on the light-rail tram to St Kilda.
Walking will go a long way too with the CBD—via the tranquil Fitzroy Gardens—just eight minutes by foot and the MCG just five minutes.
Don't want to venture too far? You have a grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants just downstairs.
