Three bedroom home in quiet location, about 1.4km to Mallacoota town center. Perfect fishermen's cottage or family holiday rental home. The bedding configuration consists of 2 queen beds and 3 single beds.

Backyard is fully fenced and this property is pet friendly. Please be mindful of other guests and not allow pets on furniture or bedding. This property does not include linen or towels and you will be required to bring your own. There is a linen hire service available through our office, please contact out office direct to arrange.

BBQ available for guest use. Heating is wood & electric. Air-conditioner for the summer.

Termites have had a ball so you can't open bedroom windows for air when it's hot. As the glass will just fall out.. No aircon on bottom floor

Not sure when the owner last visited, but this property needs some love. OK to leave up signs about picking up dog poos for example, but when the grass is two feet long, this is a challenge. Leave notes about reversing boats, the driveway is poorly maintained. Half the windows in the house are not operational...might be OK in winter...not in Feb. Dishwasher did not work, no washing basket, no bathroom fan. Very few basic amenities (tea, sugar, pepper and tomato sauce only provided...Good place in a great town, but we felt a little let down taking this.
