The Space:
Nestled along the tranquil Maroochy River, this waterfront apartment is an idyllic retreat for families and friends. With three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by stunning views, an open-plan living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Maroochy River.

This modern apartment boasts a unique touch with music memorabilia and a record player, along with an extensive collection of vinyl records for a nostalgic ambiance. The fully-equipped open-concept kitchen features high-quality appliances and a spacious countertop, ideal for preparing meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the inviting living room offers a large L-shaped sofa and a smart TV, perfect for relaxation while soaking in views and coastal breezes.

Step out to the expansive balcony where the morning sun bathes the Maroochy River all day long. The balcony features a 6-seater dining table and two comfortable armchairs for leisurely moments with a book or wine. Master Bedroom:
Located down the hallway, the master bedroom is spacious and private. Complete with a king sized bed, large walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and ducted air-conditioning. The glass sliding doors and windows in this room showcase the beautiful river views, inviting the tranquility of waterfront living into the home.

Master Ensuite: Modern and luxurious, this ensuite is complete with a shower, vanity and toilet.

Bedroom Two:
Featuring a queen sized bed, this room is styled tastefully with a wardrobe, ceiling fan and ducted air-conditioning.

Bathroom Two:
This bathroom is positioned across from bedroom 2 and 3, and features a shower, bath and vanity.

Bedroom Three:
The bedroom is perfect for the kids with two singles beds with an adjacent bathroom. This room also has a functional work from home/study nook.

Powder Room/Laundry:
At the front of the apartment there is a separate powder room with a toilet, and a laundry space with a washing machine.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as two undercover parking spaces (garage height: 2.2m). There is also free street parking along Bradman Avenue. The complex has a stunning pool area, complete with sun lounges, plus shared alfresco dining and BBQ facilities for you to enjoy!

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in a central location, this apartment offers the perfect base to explore the Sunshine Coast. At your doorstep you’ll find scenic flat walking and cycling paths along the Maroochy Riverfront.

Getting Around:
It’s ideal to have a car to allow easy access to Cotton Tree, Maroochydore CBD, Mudjimba Beach, and Chambers Island just a short drive away, you'll have a wealth of coastal and urban adventures at your fingertips. There is a bus stop just 300m away with a short bus ride the Sunshine Plaza.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
