Pet Friendly, meticulously maintained home in desirable Venice Gardens. Attention to detail is unsurpassed in this beautifully appointed cottage style home with old Florida charm. Spacious 2 bedroom with well stocked eat-in kitchen, formal dining area, formal living room, family room/den, lovely sun room, laundry room with full size washer & dryer, and dedicated office space. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the bathroom is centrally located with a tub/shower. TV's are in the family room/den and both bedrooms. Free WiFi & Cable are provided.

Located just 4.3 miles from Venice beach and just a short drive to Venice island where you will find many shopping and dining options. Many golf courses are within a short drive.

Well trained dogs will be considered with non-refundable pet fee of $200. Management must be informed what type dog. Pet fee will not be reflected in price quote but will be added prior to finalizing booking.
