Truly Relaxing and Peaceful in Up and Coming Neighbourhood

My husband and I enjoyed our 2 week stay in this stylish and grand bungalow. We like: 1-quiet low-key areas- ✅ 2-with a great variety of activities nearby so we can mix up our agendas with whatever we’re in the mood for ❎ It’s a very peaceful, friendly and safe area. Variety it’s not. The home is beautiful and spacious and Amy our property manager was quick to reply and generally helpful. But be prepared to address issues creatively and supply your own basics because it’s not well stocked in any way, much of the households were low quality, broken or just not available. This part of Cape Coral is quiet and idyllic but very undeveloped, so beyond the basics, everything is at least an hour’s drive. We did a lot of road trips sitting in traffic going to Fort Myers, Captiva and Sanibel for beach, fun shops and restaurants. All in all, if you want action, high energy and touristy-fun galore you might find the area a tad boring and too suburban. However, if you’re just looking to enjoy a slower pace in an upscale house with stress free days, this is paradise.
