Two-storey Townhouse in centre of Montreal (little Italy)
Two-story townhouse, located in the heart of Little Italy (Petite-Patrie District). The property has 3 bedrooms upstairs and an office allowing teleworking. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen, a dining room and a living room.
You will have access to a backyard of more than 150 square meters with private garden, dining area, a BBQ and parking if required for the car. A park is located at the end of the alley, less than 2 minutes' walk away, which includes a paddling pool, playground as well as a soccer field and an ice rink in winter.
The house is located a 5-minute walk from the Jean-Talon market and the Beaubien subway station, in the heart of Montreal. Little Italy has all the elements of a local neighborhood: restaurants, cafes, delicatessens and groceries, and the Jean-Talon market.
Many parks, large and small (Parc Jarry) are within walking distance. You can visit the city center and the old port in less than 10 to 15 minutes by metro or go to the mountains (Mont-Royal).
All universities (UQAM, Montreal University, McGill and Concordia) are accessible via subway in less than 20-25 minutes.
