Excellent location and great property. Communication and lack of privacy were only reason it I did not rate a 5 stars. I requested communication via text (due to problems with emails on my phone) and because this request was ignored it caused big hassles. Other suggestion is to put up net curtains (because properties on other side can look straight in - it would benefit from some privacy). If those 2 issues were resolved I would highly recommend it!
