Built in USB charging ports (4) throughout house: both bedrooms, kitchen and dining room. Second row cottage complex of 17 homes with community pool. 4th house back from Waccamaw Drive. Charcoal grill. Approximate square footage 900. WIFI. No smoking or pets allowed. Sofabeds are one queen size and one single size. Parking for 3 vehicles (2 covered).

Very nice and clean. Had all we needed for a nice weekend at the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach.
