Spread your wings in this stylish bohemian paradise. Surrounded by pops of colour, plants, and large windows that provide lots of natural light. This is the perfect resting place for a professional needing a place to call their home for a longer term; home away from home. This basement suite offers engineered hardwood floors, lots of storage, a dishwasher, a queen bed, and in suite laundry. There is a private entrance, and the expansive backyard offers an outdoor patio with BBQ and fire pit.

It is a legal suite built with care and there is good soundproofing. It is a quiet and safe neighbourhood that is centrally located with easy access to circle drive and bus routes. Complimentary biweekly cleaning is also provided, including bedding and linen laundry.
Guest access:
Suite access is through the side door. Keyless entry for easy check in.

There is a main floor suite above with two long term tenants. They are quiet and respectful.
