6) Quiet time 10pm-7am. Unofficial neighbourhood watch has low tolerance for excessive noise - is likely to be reported to the Saskatoon police.

Great location & charming spacious house

We loved the area and the close proximity to downtown and shops on Broadway. Very cozy and the host had everything we needed in the house for a comfortable stay.

Sanctuary

A simple beautiful house. Clean and bright. 10 to 15 minutes walk to shops and downtown. Three comfortable bedrooms. It was a busy family visit and my brother and I were thankful to return to this cozy house in a beautiful neighborhood to relax and refresh before our next full day.
