Our bright one-bedroom is close to many restaurants, shopping malls, hospitals, banks, Tim Hortons, Gas stations, Sobeys, Walmart, Dollarama, Pizza places, and others. Wonderful location to spend quiet time, situated in the Elmwood area close to Regent Avenue and 10 mins drive to downtown.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, a home away from home, breathtakingly decorated with a Smart TV in the living room, with access to Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, etc. Amenities include Free Parking, High-Speed Wi-Fi, Fully equipped kitchen- Washer and dryer. Self-check-in after 3 p.m. Well lighted to make you extremely comfortable. Very spacious living room with all forms of entertainment. The kitchen is tastefully finished with all brand-new appliances like the fridge Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Coffee Maker, Plates, and cutleries.
