This listing is for 16 Glamping Cabins that each include AC/heat, electric, & cozy beds + 10 primitive camp sites, 1 covered camp site with power, sunset deck, grills, trails, & garden area. Indoor rental space available at additional cost.

THE SPACE:
Our space includes: sunset yoga deck on the hill overlooking the beautiful rolling hills with amazing sunsets, amazing heated outdoor showers, super clean outhouse, 16 lovely glamping cabins, 10 camping spaces in our magical forest (about a 3 minute walk from the parking area), 1 covered camping space with power, 13 acres of hiking filled with birds, wildlife, creeks & adventure, our 13 Acres community park with grills, tables, string lights, oak trees, hammocks & gardens.
We can also provide additional tables/chairs & provide a list of our preferred vendors so that you can have a custom event that fits your needs (extra fee applies).

13 Acres Retreat is located within a meditation community which offers community yoga classes and a quiet backdrop for relaxing group gatherings or small weddings (instrumentalists allowed, but amplified music prohibited).
If you'd like to book a private yoga, sound bowl or meditation time for your group (extra fee applies), please let us know and we'll help to coordinate with our amazing providers.
We have an indoor yoga studio that can be rented by the hour during your stay as well, please contact us for more information.
Have more than 38? There are luxury villas at our neighboring retreat that can be rented during your stay as well! That retreat hosts up to an additional 31 guests.

OUR CABINS:
Each of our beautifully decorated cabins include a cozy bed (see below for sleeping arrangement configurations), AC, fan, heater, desk, coffee maker & essentials, hanging lamp & blackout curtains.
COMMON AREAS:
The retreat’s common spaces include super clean restroom facilities, utility sinks, outdoor open-sky hot shower, sunset deck with gorgeous views, butterfly garden, sacred forest trails, a meditation room (rented by the hour for events), hammocks, Cafe with microwave meals, tea, hot coffee, and more, Tribe Market with handmade goods, firepits & charcoal grills. *Please note: You may see an occasional guest from our sister retreat entering the market or cafe for meals/gifts during their stay. We've let them know that there is a private event and they'll only be in and out quietly.
WHAT TO BRING:
We suggest bringing a cooler if you wish to store food (or you can grab yummy meals from our cafe or nearby local eateries), grilling essentials, plates, utensils, lighter, firewood, bug spray, extra warm blankets for the colder days, hiking shoes, your favorite books, guitar or other small instrument you enjoy playing or any other essentials to help you feel comfortable during your stay.
Yoga or Meditation Offerings: Our seasonal schedule is posted on our photo gallery here. Please let us know 48 hours before your arrival how many of your guests may attend a yoga or meditation class with us so we can prepare the space.

We want to make sure you feel welcomed at 13 Acres Retreat and we are here to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
We're located just 5 minutes from the famous Hamilton Pool Preserve and other fun hiking adventures as well as the plethora of wineries, breweries and distilleries the hill country has to offer. We're within 5 minutes of a convenient store and 15 minutes of Whole Foods & HEB as well as many restaurants.
It's probably best to have a car, but Uber/Lyft come out here as well!
Retreat Peace Agreements:
In order to provide a relaxed space, we ask that all guests make the following agreements while on this peaceful retreat:
• I will honor the peace and quiet of this space.
• I will speak at a level that's respectful to the peace of those around me in the community during my time here.
• I will not play amplified music which could disrupt other guests.
• I will honor noble silence after 10PM until 7AM.
• I will be respectful to all staff, community, and guests.
• I will honor the sacred nature spaces on this land and leave the space better than I found it. I will help conserve the land. I will not litter nor remove/move any of our intentionally placed items from the sacred forest space.
• I will help the staff by replacing anything I rearranged during my stay such as furniture or outdoor chairs. I will not remove furniture from the common area for my own private use. This includes grills, chairs, and furniture on the deck.
• I will never leave fires unattended and will place them out completely. I will not burn fires if there is a burn ban in place for Hays County.
• I will use the common areas (shower, restroom, trails, deck, meditation room) with respect to other guests and not leave my personal belongings in any common areas.
• Our entire property is a smoke-free space.
• All visitors must be registered with us prior to arrival. Check-in is at 3PM. Check-out is at 10AM.
