Perfect spot

My wife and 3 kids stayed at Bonita Springs and loved it. The condo is very nice and clean. When we weren’t at the beach the kids loved the pool. They also have a nice gym. The location is great. Close to Bonita beaches as well as Naples. Pat was great at communicating. No complaints what so ever.

Great Condo

Great place to stay! The pictures are true to how the condo is. It is roomy and very comfortable. It is clean and very well appointed. The outdoor patio is spacious and a great place to sit and listen to the waterfall of the pool. There is road noise on one side when you are sitting outside but the sound of the pool covers most of it. The pool area is lovely. The owners provide a book that details the area and all of the local activities which is very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Better than advertised

The picture last of the property didn’t do it justice. The condo was beautiful and well appointed. It worked perfectly for our family of 5 with a 4, 2 and 4 month old. The front room with the pull out couch was perfect for a crib and the walk in closet in the master fit a 2nd crib for the baby. We had a couple of issues (broken toilet and torn sheets) but the owner responded quickly and fixed the problem right away. Highly recommend this rental!!

Amazing property close to everything you need.

The property management team was easily accessible and super responsive. My husband and I enjoyed the gym in the mornings and the pool afterwards with our 6 month old. It was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The restaurants and beach close by were all amazing.

Month-long Stay

The good: -The unit was very clean and exactly as advertised. -The pool is great. Was very warm in January. -The kitchen was stocked pretty well -The towels were great (and included beach/pool towels, which was great!). -Beds were comfortable. -TVs were great. -Communication with owner was easy and responsive. -Parking was easy and close to the elevators. -Fitness room was excellent with a Peloton bike and treadmill. The Not As Great: -The road noise when you are outside in the lanai was loud. You would have a hard time being on the phone with the background noise. This was the thing I disliked the most. This did not disturb me while at the pool. The waterfall at the pool covered the road noise. -Sheets in guest room were ripped -Couch was not particularly comfortable -Pool tiki bar has irregular hours so it was hard to know when it would be available or not. Definitely more good than bad and I would recommend this unit as long as road noise is not that important to you.

The condo is good size and fairly well equipped. The manager responded to any concerns promptly. The location is good for shopping, restaurants and the van to the beach was readily available, however it’s located on a major thoroughfare. The interior paint was darker than the picture and except for the mattress in the master bedroom the furniture was very comfortable. One concern was the numerous fake plants and trees which appeared never to be cleaned as well as what appeared to be black mold in the master shower.

Sunshine Palace it is!

We spent a delightful two weeks in this Bonita Village property. The property itself is secure with gating and sheltered parking. There are two pools (love the waterfall) and a beach shuttle. The condo itself was clean and had a fun decor. All beds were comfortable. Ate breakfast, lunch and happy hour on the lovely lanai that had four comfy chairs and a large coffee table. Any small issues were handled by Pat in a friendly and timely manner. Would return for sure.
