The first floor offers a large, open plan kitchen/lounge/dining with a central wood fire place to offer warmth and atmosphere throughout the winter months. The two large decks off the living area provide stunning mountain views while also increasing the already generous living space.

Additionally, the first floor hosts 3 of the 4 bedroom, a bathroom and full laundry facilities, while the master bedroom with ensuite is located upstairs providing a quiet parents retreat.

Perfect for both and in the Snowy Mountains, Crowes Nest 1 is well positioned for access to both Lake Jindabyne for fishing, biking, hiking and water sports and the ski resorts of Perisher and Thredbo to enjoy the delights of the ski fields with skiing, snowboarding, snow play and back country adventures.
