We had several issues we had to address with the property manager. Some issues were able to be resolved during our stay, others were not. The property manager was very prompt in responding to our concerns. The cabin is listed to accommodate 14 people and states the kitchen is fully stocked. There wasnāt enough forks and spoons to accommodate our family of 9. Some of the cooking utensils & pans were in rough shape. These things were minor and we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed seeing a mother bear and 3 cubs walking through the back of the property. The cabin and the view were beautiful. However, I would recommend the cleaning service pay more attention to detail when cleaning the windows and sweeping the floors.
This cabin far exceeded all of our expectations. While it may be intimidating on the scenic roads in and out of the Smokies, the against views from the hot tub and indoor pool (those sunsets!), just amazing. We had movie / game night in the theater room every night, and the 4 of us had more room than we knew what to do with! Family of black bears (momma and three cubs) put on a show for us in the woods our final afternoon (so cute!). Make sure to bring lots of food / supplies, as once you arrive, you won't want to leave! We will be back for sure!
Beautiful inside alot of left over construction material and garbage outside .had a dirty sock left in a bedroom upstairs, dishes still left in dishwasher, and floors were sttill dirty. And a over 400.00 cleaning fee most ive ever seen but seen 6 bears and cabin is located great
We had a great time at this property. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive to a few questions we had. The drive up to the cabin is an adventure in itself. It is a long, twisting mountain road with steep drop offs but if you take your time, the view from the top is beautiful. We would definitely rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone.
We thoroughly enjoyed the property and its amenities. We loved that the property was secluded, giving us privacy and a gorgeous view of the mountains. The property is easily accessible to Pigeon Forge attractions, restaurants and a Publix supermarket. The host was fantastic and accommodating.
This house was a perfect stay for my husband and our children, ranging from 21-7, soon to be daughter in law, and our beloved dogs! This house sits on the side of a mountain with spectacular views. It feels so private and secluded! It snowed on our visit and there was nothing more beautiful than watching the sunset behind the mountains with all that snow! Inside the house there are three floors and each one is amazing! Each floor has an outside deck which was so nice! The top floor has an awesome game room where everyone enjoyed playing pool and hanging out playing on the arcade game! The bunk room is up there as well as a king bedroom with private bath. The second floor is the main level and has a beautiful open floor plan. It was nice to cook and have everyone hanging out within the kitchen/living room and dining room. There is a 1/2 bath and then another kind bedroom with a private bathroom. The bottom floor has an amazing theater with the comfiest chairs, a nice warm indoor pool which was great after coming in from outside in the hot tub! There is the laundry room, a full bathroom and another kind bedroom on this floor. You can access the outside deck to the hot tub thru the pool room and there is an outdoor fireplace which was so nice but unfortunately I couldnāt figure out how to use. The hot tub was so nice with a glass of wine and seeing the sunset! I felt at home in this house and everyone loved it so much! We will definitely look into ither properties they have!
This pictures of this cabin does not do it justice. This is a beautiful home and the views.... WOW! The check-in and check-out process were flawless. The cabin is clean and everything you need is there! The host communicated with us very quickly on a small issue with the gaming console TV not working. It was fixed within 2 hours of complaint! They were very gracious to let us have a late checkout since we have a special needs daughter, and it just takes a little longer for us to get everything packed. I would love to come back again! Maybe next time it will snow for us! :)
The views are simply breathtaking! The location is great and is in a quiet neighborhood. When we first arrived, there were some cleanliness issues. However, I contacted the property manager and they were resolved immediately. The back doors were broken and didnāt open easily. My engineer father and husband ended up fixing them to the best of their ability but it was a disappointment that they were broken in the first place.
I booked this stay for four nights for a long weekend with our family. The house and property were fantastic and the views are amazing. We had one minor issue and I was able to talk to the host and they were very responsive.
The ride up the mountain to the property is certainly winding and narrow, however, it is totally worth the drive. We had an amazing time. Thank you!
We took a bunch of kids and had a wonderful time The cabin was big enough for all of us to enjoy ourselves The pool and hot tub was great. The best view Iāve ever had going to the mountains It was breathtaking!! We will definitely be back
My family and I had a wonderful time. One thing we needed and did not bring but we called about it and it was delivered to us in record time. Would definitely stay again. Overall lovely place.
Despite the stunning views and spaciousness of the cabin, our stay was marred by several shortcomings. The lack of essential items like kitchenware, toiletries, and cleaning supplies for a family of seven was disappointing. Maintenance issues persisted, such as the malfunctioning bathroom faucet, back sliding door, a hanging recessed light and unexpected food left in the oven. Calling maintenance the first day did correct the light and door but not the childrenās bathroom faucet. Moreover, the presence of bugs throughout the house, pool, and jacuzzi required us to cleaning before use. The non-functional lights and absence of firewood at the fire pit further detracted from the experience. While we managed to have a good time, these issues highlighted the property's minimalistic approach, which and could have been remedied with better attention to detail and accommodations, especially considering the cost of the stay. We did see a momma bear and her three cubs one morning in the back.
Overall, while we were able to make the visit enjoyable, the stay fell short of expectations due to these oversights.
The home is beautiful and the views from the back deck are stunning. The layout of the home allowed three families to stay here very comfortably.
We needed towels and sheets and the host was responsive. We also had to request hairdryers and those were provided within a day. If you plan to stay here I would bring extra essentials like grilling tools, because the kitchen is not well stocked, and pool towels because we were constantly doing laundry to have enough towels. The home is very remote and on a winding road that made our kids car sick, so we ate at the house more than we initially planned.
