The surrounding environment close to national park, offers tree top and sky aspect, however the stunning coastline of Fairhaven is positioned very close by, only a 14-minute walk or 2-minute car ride.

The fresh air and ambience will have you instantly relaxed from the moment you step inside. You will be instantly drawn to the huge entertaining zone which is made up of open plan kitchen, dining and living, also organically flows out to the undercover alfresco area. Large cosy couches are scattered throughout the house and garden. A super positive feature of the property is the north facing sun aspect, enjoy a nourishing vitamin D fix, healing your soul and have you feeling Zen in no time!

There is a wonderful gourmet kitchen, that is well-equipped for cooking up a storm, the central island makes it easy to prepare food with sleek appliances and utensils to match. The incredibly large dining table has enough space to host a formal dinner party for multiple families or friends. For more casual dining, the built in BBQ area on the deck will suit all your requirements perfectly and offers indoor / outdoor flow.

You will love the cleverly designed floor plan which has bedrooms located on one zone of the house, separate to the entertaining zone. However, a second living room is close to the bedrooms for quiet reading or movie watching!

There are four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms within easy reach. Three bedrooms each offer a queen-sized bed and a study nook for working from home. The fourth bedroom sleeps two in single beds. There are two bathrooms servicing the four bedrooms. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers, and one bathroom has a bathtub for a leisurely soak. Both bathrooms also boast large vanities and complimentary toiletries for your stay and there is an outdoor shower (equipped with both hot and cold-water taps) to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Additional features for comfortable living includes, a cosy wood fire, split system for heating and cooling, ceiling fans, laundry with washing machine and dryer, off street parking for multiple cars.
This special home has an idyllic combination of bush and beach, with an abundance of spaces to completely relax and have an enjoyable holiday. Close by are the coasts best restaurants, cafes and shopping. Coastal walking tracks from Aireys inlet to Eastern View or for the adventurers you can head all the way to Anglesea. The Fairhaven Surf Club is iconic on the coast and you will love having sun set drinks here in the summer or the beer garden at the Aireys pub. For surfers there are so many options to enjoy the ocean right on your doorstep.
