This stunning home has been designed to accommodate multi generational families/multiple families with its zoned living inside and out.
This light filled home is sophisticated with coastal charm, large comfortable lounge complete with open fire place, spacious bedrooms with kids zones.
Heated swimming pool and spa, large outdoor entertaining area, fully fenced private rear yard, off street parking behind remote gates.
Upon entering the property you will notice the light filled living spaces inviting you to relax and unwind. The large living spaces compliment the large kitchen with butlers pantry boasting 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, large dining table to seat up to 14, large breakfast bar with bar stools and everything else you need to bring out your inner chef.
3 master bedrooms all with ensuites, and wardrobes in different wings of the house.
The childrens wing has been specifically designed so they can enjoy their own space, one extra large bedroom with 2 sets of double bunks complete with night light and USB point built in beside each bed, large lounge with smart TV.


Other features include large gas heated swimming pool, spa, large under cover entertaining area, basketball ring, garage with table tennis table, wifi, smart TV's, outdoor strip heating, kids books and games and so much more.
