Centrally located, newly renovated 6 bedroom home. Three Bedrooms up and Three bedrooms downstairs with two full kitchens. Separate laundry and bathrooms on each floor. 24 hour convenience store and liquor store 1 block away. 10 minutes to Brewery and Ice districts. 15 minutes to Whyte Ave. and only 5 minutes to West Edmonton Mall.

You will likely gather in the upper kitchen and living room space as it is such an inviting space to entertain and hang out with friends and family. All 6 bedrooms have very comfortable beds including a bunk bed room on the lower floor.
Guest access
Guests have access to everything inside the house as well as the backyard and free parking for three vehicles in front of the garage. We have a coded lock on the front doors to allow you to check-in and come and go without having to meet us or worry about keys
