Ceiling fans, plus heating and cooling keep you comfortable year round.
Brimming with natural light, this coastal retreat provides a family-friendly base for those looking to immerse themselves in true, relaxed Mornington Peninsula living. Cook up a feast in the full kitchen or out on the BBQ, with dual dining areas inside offering room for everyone. There are comfortable sofas to relax in the evening in front of the TV in the main living room while an electric indoor fireplace, air-conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure guests keep comfortable no matter what season you are travelling in.

Three bedrooms are well appointed with ceiling fans for a good night’s sleep. The large master benefits from a king-sized bed, side tables and reading lights. The second bedroom highlights a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom comes with a combination bunk bed perfect for those travelling with children.

The bathroom comes with a shower and mirrored basin with complimentary toiletries for your stay, while the powder room adjacent to it adds to your everyday convenience. Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower and make use of internal laundry facilities, ideal for longer stays.

Parking is provided on the driveway for up to three cars.

**Bed linen and towels are NOT supplied, but can be provided at an additional cost of $45 per single/king single bed and $65 for all other beds; while a full house package of $199 includes all Beds, Bath Towels, Bathroom Towels, Organic Toiletries, Kitchen Consumables & Amenities are included in each set. (Please BYO if not using hired or host linen)
