Nice home

Overall amazing stay. Little disappointed the pool is always in the shade with no direct sunlight, so we only used it once. Beds were comfortable.

Nice house

The beds were comfortable. The place is very nice. The only downfall is way too many cameras did not feel like I had privacy.

This is a lovely home in a peaceful neighborhood; the space was clean and inviting. Private back yard with heated pool was perfect. My only complaint was we did not have control over the thermostat which was frustrating. Any time we wanted it changed, we had to contact management, who contacted the host, who then adjusted it for us — very strange and because of what felt like an ordeal, we didn’t feel comfortable making requests. Also agree with other reviews about cameras in the garage and around the parameter of the house. I’m fine with exterior cameras, I understand security, but the ones overlooking the pool area felt intrusive.

Great Property in Cape Coral

We really enjoyed our two weeks at this new home. We have been in the Fort Myers area in February for over 20 years and were forced to move due to hurricane damage to our old area. Very nice, quiet area. The house quite large, with lots of room, and is well appointed. The beds and furniture are higher end. The pool, outdoor area and BBQ grille are very nice. We had a few minor issues and the property management Co and property manager were very responsive. We were very impressed and booked for 2025 already. Highly recommended!

Great Stay in a Beautiful Home

We stayed at this beautiful home for a month. Two adults and our teenage children. The home is set up very well for a family of four leaving an extra bedroom for guests. We did need to supply a few things for our extended stay such as rugs in certain areas and more decent cookware. The location is quite far from any beaches and the tolls to get to Fort Myers added up quickly. Also lost heat in our pool for the last week of our stay which was very disappointing. Rental company staff did check it the day after we complained but nothing was done to fix it. Overall a great home and a wonderful stay.
