With 2 bathrooms, including one conveniently located just steps away from the main house, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The entire property is adorned with ducted air conditioning, ensuring your comfort on even the hottest days.
Step out into the back garden, and you're literally on the beach! Matilda’s offers direct access to the sandy shores, making it a paradise for beach lovers. Your furry friends are welcome too, thanks to the fully fenced and enclosed dog run area on the street side of the property, ensuring they can play safely while you soak up the sun. And if you have a boat, there's ample space to park it right there with you on the premises.
Inside, the fun never stops. Challenge your friends and family to friendly competitions with the board games provided as well as table tennis. Create the perfect beachfront ambiance with your favourite tunes using the Bluetooth speaker while you fire up the BBQ for alfresco feasting and cold drinks on the deck, complete with the sound of the gentle waves lapping in the background.
After a day of beachcombing and sunbathing, rinse off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower before you relax in the comfort of your beachfront paradise. As the day winds down, gather around for a cozy evening indoors and enjoy complimentary Netflix, or simply let the sound of the waves serenade you to sleep.

Important Information:
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- There is a cctv camera located on the garage facing towards the street. This will be on during your stay for your security.
- Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, but also a Tri-bunk (1 x double below and 1 x single on top).
- Our property is smoke-free, and no smoking is permitted, including vaping/e-cigarettes and hookahs, etc.
- One of the bathrooms is located externally to the main property.
-There is a separate van/dwelling located on the property. This is not part of the current listing and will not be accessible to guests during their stay.
- The washing machine and dryer are located in the garage.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on the street side only- Beachside is unfenced
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
