This property was exactly as advertised and as it looked in the photo's...a charming beach shack feel. Very comfortable with all the comforts you need, not fancy but so cute. the sun shines into this property all day warming you up and the air conditioner is very effective too. Excellent location close to the beach and shops, I would defiantly stay again. the only thing to mention is the dishwasher may not have been used for a while so had a bad odour when opened but that disappeared after a couple of runs. I highly recommend staying here.
Such a convenient location only a few minutes' walk to the beach and Vincentia shops.
Quiet street, and easy access.
The place was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for the 4 days we were there.
Comfy beds, nice big sofa, great air flow and a big yard for the fur family members.
Block out curtains in the bedrooms would be ideal, especially when the neighbours had their balcony pouch light on all night.
Also a lock box to access and return keys, rather than having to return and drop off at the real estate in Huskinson would be handy as well but both minor issues.

There were several items missing when compared to the property photos, which really detracted from the look of the whole place.
The floors were really dirty, with what looked like dog kibble underneath one of the pieces of furniture along with heaps of dirt and dust. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding was cheap.
We chose this property because we were going to bring our cat, but didn’t end up bringing him. The premium we paid does not match the quality of the property.
Great little place for a weekend away, with the furry family members too! Little cooler loved the backyard and it was in great walking distance to the shops and beach!
Only things I could fault was the shower head didn’t stay on the holder, had to hold it while showering and the beds were not too comfortable, very springy and the heaters in the rooms didn’t do anything, but not too much to pick on considering how reasonably priced it was and the proximity to everything. :)
We stayed for the June long weekend - family of 5 (incl. 3 young adults).
The property was light, fully furnished and plenty of kitchen essentials (cutlery / crockery / pots and pans)
Nice big lounge and good size dining table.
Dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and dryer are relatively new.
Relatively clean.
Quiet neighbourhood- could hear the ocean at night.
Huge backyard for our little fur babies. Who always try and escape - but couldn’t.
Would suit a family with little kids (not so much for big kids)
Close to shops and beach. Shops have Coles, plenty of take away, Cafe, crystal shop
Plenty of lovely walks along ocean
We provided real estate with feedback on cleaners & a few things to be fixed (eg lights)… but they were minor issues.
Very lovely place to stay.
An old style cottage very close to a lovely beach and walking distance to the shops. Property managers easy to deal with and took on our comments of things that needed attention with maintainance of the house.
Well equiped but very old kitchen and the cupboards are musty smelling. Bring all your own condiments.
