Evenings linger beside the indoor fireplace while the crisp winter air invites you to step onto the covered deck and sink into the private hot tub. Whether you're winding down after a day on the slopes or enjoying a peaceful morning before heading out, this condo offers a calm retreat shaped for cold-season comfort.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed for up to four guests, the condo features two bedrooms and two baths arranged for ease and privacy. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a walk-through closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, single vanity, and a sauna. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and looks toward Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler Village. As noted in the original details, the primary bedroom does not include a window.



Living areas

The main gathering space centers around the indoor fireplace, creating a welcoming place to unwind after exploring the village or skiing nearby trails. Sliding doors lead to the covered deck where your private hot tub sits sheltered from the falling snow, offering a restorative pause throughout the winter season. Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Located in the heart of Whistler Village, Hearthstone Lodge is just a 3-minute walk to both the Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. Nestled beside the Whistler Conference Centre, with a grocery store and liquor store right downstairs, everything you need is at your doorstep. Perfect for guests who want comfort, convenience, and instant access to the mountains and village life.

Other Things to Note:

• No window in the primary bedroom. Please note there is no window in the primary bedroom

• Hot tub jets and sauna may not be used at the same time; when the sauna is switched on, the hot tub jets will be turned off automatically. Once the sauna has been turned off, please expect a 20 minute delay before the hot • tub jets resume functionality.

• Ski storage. Please be aware that the shared ski storage is in the garage. We advise you to bring your own ski lock

• Stairs. There is no elevator in the building, access from the car park is up two flights of stairs. Access from the street is up one flight of stairs

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
