Midtown, Fenced Yard & Patio- White Acres Retreat
Summary:
Our lovely 5 bedroom/3 bathroom midtown home sits in a cul-de-sac and accommodates up to 16 guests! The cozy living room, spacious bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, and large fenced yard provide the perfect Montgomery retreat. You will love this quiet stay, minutes from dining and shopping and 10 minutes from downtown. Great for large families and groups. Pets are welcome with a fee. Book with us for a memorable, homey stay!
The Space:
Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will see a staircase on the right and a dining room on the left. Off the dining room, there is a door leading to the kitchen and laundry area. On the left of the dining room is a hallway leading to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Walk straight from the main entrance to the living room with a decorative fireplace and sofa bed. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and another bathroom.
Outside, a charcoal grill, covered patio with outdoor furniture, and a large fenced backyard.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates. It is conveniently located in midtown, minutes away from shops, service centers, grocery stores, schools, and more! We are within walking distance to Vaughn Road Elementary School.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
