Great kitchen with granite counter tops with spacious breakfast bar and recently added new appliances. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery and more! Screened in porch with swing for relaxing. Linens included, Central A/C and Heat, crib, ceiling fans in every room, hot/cold outside shower, WIFI, all SMART TVs, DVD, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, screened porch and fenced in backyard. No Smoking. Dog Friendly. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays only. 2 night minimum rates available in Value - Resort Seasons. Please call our office to inquire. Check in: 3-5PM, Check out: 10am.

Lovely place

This house was in a nice neighborhood, close to beach access and convenient to grocery store and several restaurants. We had a wonderful time and hope to be able to go back in the future.

The perfect get away

Had an AMAZING TIME! the house was clean and so nice. The fence in the back was a huge plus as well for our two dogs . Will Absolutly stay again.

Loved this home

We really enjoyed the location of the home, the fenced in back yard was so great for our two dogs they had a blast playing outside. Close to stores, beaches, and a short drive to Southport. Plenty of parking space and lots of room to enjoy our family.

Beautiful beach house!

My family of five stayed here, and we immediately felt like we were home away from home! So cozy! Easy drive to everything, short walks to restaurants, and the beach. We enjoyed the island vibe all around! We loved the layout of the house, so easy and full of happy energy! Definitely will be back!

We enjoyed our week. The property and home is clean and comfortable. The location was good.

We enjoyed our stay. Will probably come back when we come to Oak Island again. The home isn't brand new but very clean and open. We appreciated the laundry room and ability to bring our dog. The porch swing was wonderful in the mornings with coffee and a book.

Great House in Great Location

We loved our stay at 2 Lil’ OKI’s. The owner was a dream to work with and very responsive to all my questions. The house was clean and comfortable and in a great location close to grocery stores, restaurants, shops and the beach. I loved coffee on the screened in porch on the quiet street in the mornings. We would definitely rent this house again when visiting Oak Island!

Giving our stay all the stars! What a wonderful vacation we had! This house had everything we needed and I couldn’t be happier 😊. A beautiful home and close to everything. Love Oki house

Our second week back in the house didn’t disappoint. We spent hours in the front porch and we love the solitude of the location. Very sad to leave after the week! Will be back soon.

Two Lil OKI's was great!

House was nice, hardwoods throughout made keeping the floors clean and clear of sand. Open floor plan provided good interaction with family members. Loved the bunk beds in the first bedroom. Master bedroom and bathroom were more than adequate. Master bath was especially bright because of window. I will definitely be looking to stay there again. Brian McKnight and family

Two Lil Oki's is the BEST!!!

First of all, rentals that include fur babies are a 10 for me. but when you pull up to the home. it is so neat, so clean and well maintained. The fenced in backyard is a SUPER plus for our elder boy Ruger! He loved it. The home has everything you need. The rooms, the beds, the furniture are perfect! The A/C works wonderful, never had to go below 75 and the house stayed super cool. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone seeking a home that is inviting, cozy and comfy!

Well kept home, pleasant neighborhood

The pictures accurately reflect the home. Has great stained wood floors and a wonderful front screen porch. It sits on a quiet town block, located close to the better restaurants and the beach. The staircases from ground to main floor are long and pitched. Descending can be tricky .

Great location, you can walk to the grocery store, variety of ice cream and Italian ice places. Great neighborhood for walking a pet even. Kitchen had anything you could need for cooking. Very. quiet area, beach is only a short 1 mile drive ( easily walkable if you wanted )

Amazing!

First time we’ve ever used VRBO or stayed elsewhere other than a hotel. Such an easy process and amazing decision. Literally 5min walk from the beach, restaurants, shopping…couldn’t have been a better place to stay. Plus the house was beautiful. Even had a grill to do a little cooking out! Tons of toys for the beach and a wagon to take everything to the beach to include the provided beach chairs and umbrella! 10 out of 10 would stay here again!
