1. Our listing is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras at the house front and rear entrances, recording audio and video, while no recording devices are installed inside the house to ensure your privacy during your stay.
2. We have installed noise sensor (Minut) to enforce our strict policy against parties or events. Violations may result in heavy fines imposed by the city.
3. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violation will result in a charge of $500+ per room for cleaning.
4. No shoes indoors please.
5. Please ensure you have collected all your personal belongings before checking out. Our hosts regretfully cannot assume responsibility for any items left behind after your stay.
