This one-bedroom apartment that has been thoughtfully designed with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Sydney. Housed with the heritage Victorian manor, "Esperanza", it has undergone a recent renovation to include modern conveniences and stylish finishes.

Relax in the living room with comfortable leather sofas and flat-screen smart TV. A classic round dining table is perfect for nights in or for those needing to set up their laptop and work from home. Cook up a feast in the fully-equipped kitchen fitted with an electric cooktop, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, as well as basic pantry staples.

In the bedroom, a luxe queen size mattress by AH Beard is fitted with premium linens to ensure a good night's sleep. There is hanging space for your clothes and for you to store your belongings, plus a Dyson hot and cold to keep temperatures comfortable. The bathroom is designed with a generously sized shower, exposed brick wall and complimentary toiletries to for your short stay. The laundry, found in the bathroom, has a front loader washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

There is free street parking available outside the apartment.

Nestled in Sydney's vibrant inner west, Ashfield is a suburb renowned for its historical charm and community atmosphere.
