About this property

This family friendly, pet friendly three bedroom cottage with a spacious yard is centrally located. It has high speed wi-fi and a recent model Sony smart TV, comfortably sleeping 6-7 people. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and the lounge/dining has air-conditioning. One of the 2 bathrooms has a lovely bath. Everything is within easy reach - beach, cafes, playground, golf course and nature walks. Dogs and kids just love the lawn area.
The space
Bedrooms are a good size, the living area is compact, but will accomodate all of you. We love the bathrooms and the spacious outdoor backyard.

Why they chose this property

A beautiful beach village with a good choice of beaches and open space. Plenty of walks, restaurants and wineries nearby and of course just at the beginning of the magnificent coastline The Great Ocean Road

What makes this property unique

We have lots of light in the living space which looks out onto a lovely deck and biggish open garden with grassy lawn for children and dogs. Great cottage vibe and feels like being on holiday
