Windsor Island Resort in Davenport, FL is perfectly located for all things Disney! Easy access to the world-famous Orlando theme parks and area attractions. Just 9 miles to Walt Disney World!
This luxury Villa gives you full access to The Windsor Island Resort and all the amenities they offer when you rent it. The home has an electric lock and you will be provided with a unique code which will be valid for the duration of your stay. Our rental agreement along with other important information will be sent 7 days before your check-in.
Fully equipped 7 bedrooms/5.5 baths, a Private Pool, and a Hot Tub. The hot water (spa) works when the pool heating is on. There is an extra and optional service for a pool/spa heater. Pool heat is offered before your arrival because it takes 24 hours to get to the right temperature. Please request it when you sign your short-term rental agreement.
When using the spa It takes around 45 minutes to get 90 degrees. The spa light's timer is on the pool area wall.

Large Beautiful Home

Place shows exactly as the pictures. Beautiful and very spacious. Lots to do at home if you want to relax, swim, jacuzzi, bbq etc.. resort has many amenities. Location is central and close to major attractions (disney world, peppa pig land, celebrations, aquarium). Host is super responsive and available to answer any questions
