About the host
Hosted by Marja van der Vliet
We are Simon and Marja from the Netherlands.
We adore South Africa because of the wonderful nature and friendly people.
Marloth Park is very special to us and we love to stay there twice a year.
Treetops feels like home from the very beginning when we laid eyes on it.
It feels like a home away from home, according to our first guests and we couldn't agree more!

What makes this property unique
The romantic "outside" lounge and bedroom on the deck is very special to us.
It is so special to hear the sounds of nature during the night, from the local Lions Fluffy and Dezi in Lionspruit to the Hippos in the river and a bit closer to the house the bushbabies (peeking in from the poles)) and frogs having loud conversations at night. At dawn the birds start to sing etc etc. Game visiting the area around the house day and night To be honest words cannot describe the feeling.....
