Why are you asking me "How did you like your stay?" You double booked us and you have been made aware that you double booked us. You've devastated my girl friend who loves the Gamekeeper Cottage. It was a surprise for her that has been ruined. I require a full refund please.

A wonderful hideaway cottage

We had a fantastic stay at the Gamekeeper’s Lodge. It was beautifully set out with lots of whimsical touches in every corner. Very comfortable bed and we loved the fireplace which had timber ready to light. Very good quality Aeosop bath products which created a feel of luxury. Convenient location to The Polish Place and not far from the IGA. Mark was very patient and helpful. Thanks for your hospitality. Loved the surrounding garden and Guinea fowl.

Beautiful Cozy Cottage

We had a very relaxing getaway weekend. The cottage is beautifully decorated with antiques, which made us feel as if we had stepped back in time a hundred years. Despite the vintage charm, the cottage is well equipped with all the modern amenities (TV, soundbar, microwave, etc.) and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable on many levels.We loved the beautiful fireplace, but we also enjoyed the reverse cycle split system. We loved the jetted spa bathtub which was perfect for relaxating. The cottage is part of a village-like setting with five more cottages, plus a replica castle that can also be rented for accommodation, all surrounded by beautiful gardens. We will definitely be back.

A Tranquil Stay at Tamborine Mountain

Peace and relaxation in a natural setting. We had a wonderful time. Our Hosts Mark and Linda had everything prepared for us and all the thoughtful touches made it extra special. Would highly recommend this amazing place.

Rain forrest retreat

The cottage is in a beautiful location, very private and incredibly quiet. The bath salts were a relaxing touch. A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the ambience.

Very cosy stay, easy to find. Only little disappointed is when water coming out in bath turn to yellow - brownish which I’m more concerned as I have kidney transplant but that’s ok.

Booking cancelled after check in hour when we arrived.

I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding my booking for Saturday, 9 August. I arrived at 2:30 pm for check-in at the cabin I had reserved (check-in time was 2:00 pm), only to receive a sudden notification at that very moment that my booking had been cancelled.This is absolutely unacceptable. The cancellation happened after the agreed check-in time and while I was already there. It left us with no accommodation in an area that was fully booked, forcing us to return home after travelling a long distance. This trip was meant to be a birthday gift, and your handling of the situation completely ruined it. At the very least, you should have arranged alternative accommodation immediately.A simple refund of the booking fee is not enough. It does not come close to addressing the serious inconvenience, additional costs, and distress your actions caused. This was my first time using your app, and it has been an appalling experience.I demand appropriate compensation for the disruption and losses suffered. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

We love the caretaker cottage. It has everything you want. A step up into ensuite can be an issue. Also a lip in the bedroom doorway can be tricky if one is not paying attention.

Mt Tamborine magic.

This cozy cottage was a beautiful haven. We had such a wonderful stay & would love to return for longer. Super clean, comfy bed / furniture and the extra touches like bird feed and set fireplace was great! It felt like a home. Mark was a wonderful welcoming host and immediately responded so any query.
