About the host

Host profile image
We are a couple from the Hawkesbury area. We are absolutely in love with the Pacific Palms/Smiths Lake environment. I come from a carpentry/building background mixed with guitar playing in bands and songwriting/recording. I designed these houses and they are the result of eleven plans. My partner is a primary school teacher acting principle and she has a passion for interior design and decorating. She has done a fantastic job on the interiors of these two holiday homes.

Why they chose this property

Smiths Lake is one of the most beautiful areas on the east coast and is central to so many sights and places to go and explore. It is surrounded by the most exquisite beaches, forests and scenery. There is plenty of action without traffic lights, high rise or congestion. It is a waterways paradise, perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, walking or dining out at places like the Frothy coffee, The Smiths lake Bowling club, The Elizabeth beach Recreational club, (the RECKY), Pizza and Cafe/Restaurants at Blueys beach and the best seafood at the Beach street seafood restaurant at Forster.
The birds and wildlife in area are wonderful and you just don't see that much elsewhere.

What makes this property unique

The two houses are brand new, and spectacular, standing side by side with magnificent views across the reserve and lake. Nice and interesting features have been included in the design such as: Both buildings are elevated with living areas at the front to enjoy the view. Both houses are totally modern with Rose-Gum hardwood polished floors, raised ceilings in the main open planned areas and decks and they are both exquisitely furnished, with gardens, and private Bar-B-Que area at the front. Parking bays are under house one which is split level.
