Bellavia Forest Retreat with pool and spa. Minutes to lake and beaches!

Get away to space and luxury in this gorgeous country retreat on 25 acres of private forest and paddocks for you to explore. Swim laps in the sparkling pool or just lay back in the heated spa. Two hot water outdoor showers for after the beach. Indoor/outdoor dining perfect for get togethers. Minutes to Blueys Beach, Seal Rocks and Wallis Lake but quiet enough to get away from the hustle and bustle and feel like you are immersed in nature.

Newly renovated - now five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

This newly renovated house features open plan kitchen, dining and living areas perfect for families to relax and enjoy time together. The home opens up on to a huge outdoor dining and seating area with BBQ and sweeping views of the forested property. The newest "wing" of the house includes two large queen rooms with ensuites. Both rooms open up onto a private verandah.

A total of five bedrooms, four with luxury queen beds and one bunk room with double/single and single/single bunk beds. Three full size bathrooms (one with bath) plus a separate WC. Linen and bath towels included.

Lap pool with big shallow step area for younger children and adjoining heated spa. Games and books provided. TV and wifi.

The house is on 25 acres of natural forest and paddocks. There are two farm dams away from the house that are not fenced with a child proof fence. Children should be supervised at all times in the pool area or when exploring the property.

Great secluded hideaway

We had a great time at Bellavia Forrest Retreat. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The pool was a big hit with the kids and the vast veranda was a great vantage point to take in surrounding views of the bush. The house is an easy drive to several local beaches and shops.

Nat and Jon fell in love with the local area and decided to buy this property in 2021. As keen travellers we weren't sure a holiday home was the right choice but as soon as we committed we've been thrilled. We still plan to continue our overseas adventures as soon as possible. Our family includes two teenage children and a cocker spaniel.

Why they chose this property

It's been a labour of love fixing up Bellavia and furnishing it. We absolutely love the serenity of the forest and the proximity to the most stunning beaches. This area is still so undeveloped but is still close to Sydney and also close to Forster and all the shops and restaurants you can want. The lakes are stunning, the forests incredible and the beaches wild and beautiful. We love having our own 25 acres to explore and enjoy. What a place!
