We enjoyed our stay. There was ample space for extended family. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and it was a short walk to shops. The drive into the city was easy.

House was in an excellent position to get to various galleries and museums. Easy to drive around. Nice area. Great for large groups. Plenty of beds. Host was available when we had a small issue when power went out, nothing was too much trouble.

The house location was perfect. Gungahlin Town centre was just around the corner. The area was quiet and had a beautiful view from the front yard. It was very close to Canberra. The house was well set out with heaps of room for the 16 of us that stayed there. The host always answered promptly and even let us check out a little later, which came in very handy with so many of us. I would highly recommend this property for your stay.

Michael the host was very efficient. House is in a great location walkable to shopping centre, city centre, restaurants, pubs etc BUT it is in need of a good clean and makeover! Curtains are missing some of the hooks. Lounges need a good clean, even new covers. The furniture is old & not modern therefore not a good feel/ambience. Artwork very bizarre. Backyard had not been mown for months. Garage needs sweeping and rubbish cleaned out. Bed linen & bath towels were very old & thin. Felt unclean. Need replacing. Some of us went to KMart and bought new towels to use!! Need to have a top sheet on all beds under the doona please. No pots or pans supplied. Plenty of parking.

A great stay!

A great place to spend our weekend. Host was quite friendly and the price was great. Place was quite spacious, clean, great location, adequate supply, and with central heating. We're all quite happy with the place, thank you :)

Great house for a group

We wanted somewhere that would accommodate our family coming from different places for a wedding.This house was perfect for our needs. It was located just 20 minutes from the wedding venue.

Great size house. Plenty of room. Very very tired. Needs some minor repairs and a good cleaning and it would be awesome. Window verticals all broken and provide little privacy.

Good

Property was good. Plenty of heating and hot water. Advertised as 3+ bathrooms but only 2 bathrooms. The toilet door needs fixing as it locked people in. Not luxurious but enjoyable for us.

House was great just some small maintenance issues.Rained hard and water leaked from the light outside the front door.Several blinds missing from several rooms, this was concerning for us older ladies.Power outlet in rear bedroom was loose on the wall.The toilet at the back of the house on 2 nights did not fill up with water, something must be sticking.The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, we put a tablet in and turned it on but did not use it ourselves as we only eat breakfast in the house when we are away.However we had a great time and the house was great for us ladies with plenty of room for us all, we would stay with you again

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our group of 13 celebrating my 40th birthday weekend. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The only suggestion I'd make would be to add a few full-length mirrors throughout the house. With such a large group getting ready at the same time, having only the bathroom mirrors made it a little tricky. A couple of additional mirrors in the bedrooms or living areas would make a huge difference.Other than that, we couldn't fault our stay and would happily recommend the property to others. Thank you for a fantastic weekend!
