The living area opens to a balcony overlooking the beach, ocean and pool. There is a table and chairs where you can enjoy the view and the tropical landscaping! The living area has a sleeper sofa, a large wall-mounted TV, a dining area with seating for 2 and bar area. The kitchen has granite countertops, and is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The bedroom has a king bed and TV. This condo has a Jack and Jill bathroom complete with two separate powder rooms, and a tub/shower combination. Bridgewater offers the best amenities with its swimming pool, lazy river, an indoor pool and spa. There is also an exercise room for guests. Elevators service all floors, and there are laundry facilities available. Bridgewater offers a ramped walkway to the beach. Guests also enjoy all the amenities located at Litchfield by the Sea including tennis/pickleball courts, miles of walking paths, fishing lake, marsh overlook with floating dock on the saltwater creek and 24 hour gated access.
