Welcome to your coastal retreat at family-friendly Runaway Beach Club! This spacious, smoke-free 1,503 sq ft condo offers comfort, style, and plenty of room to relax. It features 2 private bedrooms plus an open loft furnished as a third sleeping area with a queen bed (note: no door for privacy).

You'll find coastal-inspired décor with cottage-style furnishings and a cheerful color palette—sunny yellows, clear-sky blues, and deep ocean hues. Ceiling fans in every room add a refreshing, beachy breeze throughout the home.

The open-concept living and dining area boasts soaring 20-foot cathedral ceilings, creating an airy, welcoming space perfect for gathering, lounging, and dining. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and all the cookware and tableware you’ll need. A dining table comfortably seats four, and a breakfast bar accommodates 2 more.

Sleeping arrangements:

- Primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and a large ensuite bathroom featuring a relaxing garden tub

- Second bedroom with a queen bed plus a twin/single bed—ideal for families

- Open loft with a queen bed (no door), overlooking the living area

Both bedrooms include generous walk-in closets for convenient luggage storage. A second full bathroom is located near the secondary bedroom. You'll also have a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience.

Entertainment & Connectivity:
65-inch Roku TV in the living room. 43-inch TVs in the primary bedroom and secondary bedroom. Additional TV in the loft. (Note: the loft TV streams via Roku, while others have cable)

Stay connected with high-speed private Wi-Fi, delivering 500+ Mbps download speed—perfect for remote work, streaming, or gaming. A dedicated workspace is provided in the loft.

Security:
Guest safety, and the safety of the property, is a priority. There is a Ring doorbell camera installed at the front door. The camera provides security for guests as well as for the property. The camera is outward-facing only, as guest privacy is also a top priority. Interference with the camera is against the house rules and will result in termination of the reservation.

Peaceful & Private Setting:
As a second-floor unit, this condo provides peace and privacy, free from upstairs neighbors. A covered, private ground-level entrance leads to your own internal staircase and living space. While this condo is part of a resort community, each unit features a secure, separate entrance.

Don't forget to log out of your Netflix or other streaming or social media account if you have used the Roku or smart TV.

Great Orlando Vacation

This was a great vacation for our family! The condo was clean and well stocked and just as it was listed. Patsy was great at contacting us and we really appreciated all the information regarding check in, wrist bands, and the ease of check out. If in Orlando we will stay here again.

An Easy and Reliable choicr

Perfect Luxury Condo

This property is a notch above! It’s a perfect location for Disney parks, and has wonderful pools both on the property and across the street at the sister property!! It’s an upper unit with a great layout with two huge main level bedrooms, a fabulous loft bedroom and glorious cathedral ceilings. It’s so nicely furnished, with comfortable couches, beds and great linens. The kitchen is beautifully equipped and the laundry is awesome. The host was wonderful to deal with and we all would highly recommend this luxury property!!

Disney Trip

Very clean unit both inside and out. The grounds were very well maintained. Short drive to the parks with very light traffic considering its Disney, of course that may have a lot to do with the time of year we stayed. February is the best time to head to the House of Mouse because of cooler temps and less people. Unit is also in close proximity to plenty of restaurants/pharmacies/convenience stores/etc. The price alone makes it a much better option as even the bottom tier resorts on the park are astronomical. I would definitely stay here again.

We will be going back to this property.

This property is in a central location by many Orlando attractions and easy access to main highways for travel to both coasts of Florida. There are many excellent & locally owned coffee shops and restaurants that are nearby. The property is secure, safe, and clean. The listing was exact on layout and accommodations. The property manager was always available to answer any questions and concerns, even though we did not have any that arose. Check in was absolutely seamless. Our family enjoyed our Florida vacation and the best part was looking forward to returning "home" at the end of a busy travel day. When we find time in our busy schedules to travel again, we will return to this property!

Perfect place to stay

The condo is in the perfect location to the Disney Parks, Disney Springs, the outlet mall & Univeral. The condo was exactly like described. It was clean & area is nice and quiet after being in the parks all day. I love that’s it’s a gated community and will definitely plan to stay here for all future trips.

I enjoyed having Karen and Larry visit my condo. They did report a couple of cleaning issues, and I, in turn, notified my property manager. I offered to have the cleaners return to have any problem areas taken care of. However, the guests declined, not wishing to have the cleaners come during their stay. As for the stairs, my listing clearly states this is a second floor unit, and even includes a photo of the stairs. I also included this information in my correspondence to them “…please be aware that this is a 2nd floor condo (US 2nd floor – European 1st floor), with an interior staircase without a gate or door at the top...”

We were very impressed with our unit. It was very clean, nicely decorated and the folded towels were a very nice touch. We had an upstairs unit with the loft, so there was lots of space. This was our first time using the site; the owners Patsy & Larry were great, answering all of our questions. The day after we arrived my husband discovered that the toaster wasn't working. I emailed Patsy that morning and by the late afternoon (after we returned from the pool) there was a brand new toaster on the counter. Great service! We enjoyed the pool and spa, great relaxation after a day at one of the parks but we found the pool cold even though the weather was hot. The property was well maintained and clean at all times. My husband's only complaint was the number board at the front gate was hard to see at night. But the day before we left they put a light above it!! Brilliant! Also, the pictures shown of our unit were spot on, it's exactly as shown!

The condo was very nice and convenient to Disney which was what we wanted.

The accommodations at the condo were very nice. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We liked having the washer and dryer in the condo so we didn't have to take our laundry out. We enjoyed the pool and our granddaughter liked the waterpark. The only thing I wish I could have changed is to have been on the first floor and not the second. We will definitely use the website again.

As you probably observed, at this resort, there are both downstairs and upstairs units. The advantage of our upstairs condo is that there are cathedral ceilings and a loft, making the condo feel very spacious and airy and full of light. Also, there is no noise from upstairs neighbors. For those reasons, many guests prefer an upstairs condo. Fortunately, there are both downstairs and upstairs units at this resort, so guests can choose based on their own preferences.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the space for our family. We spent most our time at the parks but it was nice to have a large space to spread out when we returned. The pool was very nice, we did not use any other amenities. The bathrooms were very large. It was nice to eat breakfast at the condo before going to the parks. The location was perfect and easily accessible to all attractions in the area. The owners and management company were great to work with. Overall great experience!

Great condo for Families

We spent two weeks in February at this unit and couldn't be happier! Some of the highlights are as follows: - Quiet second floor unit - Stays cool during the day - Excellent TV package - Good neighbours downstairs - Pool area great on a hot day - Good proximity to Disney and attractions - Very good value I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo and Patsy answered any questions we had. Only minor recommendation would be the sofas are getting worn and could use replacing at some point. But I've seen much worse in rental units than this. It's a great unit!

It is always helpful to receive feedback from guests. The sofas are less than 3 years old, but it seems the foam in the seat cushions needs replacing. I have arranged for an upholsterer to "restuff" the seat cushions with a high-quality foam and that should make the sofas more comfortable.

Convenient and Close to everything

Clean, neat and tidy. Great two bedroom condo with a loft. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. Kitchen well equipped - we cooked dinner twice and had all we needed. Washer/dryer was great to have available with kids. Nice development with pool. Quite location yet near everything you may need. Plenty of parking. Short drive to Disney (15mins) and Universal (20mins). WalMart and Wawa just down the road (2mins). Owner was great to work with - very responsive and helpful. Management company friendly and late night check-in was easy with no issues. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect family space close to Disney!

This condo was the perfect place for our family. Communication with the owner couldn't have been better! She arranged an early check in for us which worked perfectly with our flight schedule. The drive to Disney could not have been faster/easier...this place wasn't much farther from the attractions than the value property hotels. And the rates we got in October couldn't be beat! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We made good use of the washer/dryer. The flat screen tvs in every room was a nice bonus! I think the unit could use a deep cleaning, as there was a bit of dust on the baseboards and the fans, but overall, it was acceptable. The drains in one of the bathroom weren't draining very well, but the owner was aware of the issue and said she was tending to it, hopefully after we checked out!?! Overall, this was a convenient, affordable location. Walmart was across the road and there were many restaurants nearby. The proximity to Disney could not be beat! We couldn't have asked for a better set up for our family.

Exactly what we needed!

I looked at many rooms/resorts when deciding where to stay on our Disney trip. I picked this condo because of proximity to Disney, the extra space in the condo, and the price. I was very pleased with the condo. Check-in was easy, the condo/resort was clean and spacious, and the drive to Disney couldn't be much easier. I would recommend this condo for anyone visiting the Orlando area. The only negative thing I have to say is the bed in the loft was not comfortable, but I'm guessing it doesn't get used much. Everything else was just as described.

Very clean, quiet, and close to Disney

Stayed 5 nights. This condo is perfect if you are going to any of the Disney parks. It is as close as it gets without actually staying on Disney property. Check in was very easy. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I did not hear any noise from any of the neighbors. The AC and WIFI work well. We only had 4 adults stay, but you could easily sleep 8-10 people if you want to make use of all of the beds including sofa beds. The owners were very helpful and communicated everything well from beginning to end. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I are a retired couple, living in Pensacola, FL. In 2010, we purchased our first condo at Runaway Beach Club Resort, so we would have a place to stay when we take our grandchildren to Disney World. We immediately loved Runaway Beach Club, with its colorful pastel villas and family-friendly atmosphere. We decided to purchase 2 additional condos at this resort and rent all 3 to guests as vacation rentals. It has been very rewarding to get to know so many wonderful guests.

My husband and I enjoy spending time with our family (2 adult children and 2 grandchildren). We also enjoy cruising and traveling, primarily to Western Europe. We love seeing all the historical sights, especially Roman ruins and medieval castles.

This resort offers a family-friendly location, 3.5 miles from Disney World and within an easy drive to many other attractions. It is located a half mile from Walmart and Publix grocery stores, and within a mile or two from many restaurants. Th condo is one of the largest at this resort, offering a comfortable home away from home for our guests.

The fun family-friendly environment, the lovely pastel villas, the amenities (5 pools, minigolf, etc), and the proximity to Disney World all make this resort the ideal location for a vacation. This large, spacious condo with cute, nautical decor provides a restful oasis for guests, so needed after a busy day at the parks.
