This is a newly furnished, luxurious condo. Enjoy this first floor unit with tile though out. Year round heated pool and jacuzzi. , Boat dock access to the Gulf of Mexico in beautiful Tierra Verde Island Resort! Island life includes great restaurants, live music, boat rentals, kayak rentals and chartered boat tours to the outer islands! 5 minutes to Saint Pete beach and Fort Desoto park. As well as, Minutes to 275 and 30 minutes to the Tampa International Airport! Please call if you have any questions. Owner is a licensed Real Estate agent.We prefer a 1 month or 2 month rental for Feb and March

Vacation for 4 for eleven nights!

Very enjoyable stay. Condo was very clean and stocked with everything you would need. Property manager responded right away to all questions. Every person I met was very nice. Would definitly recommend.

Great place to stay

We stayed a month in this condo and were very pleased with the unit and location. Karen, the host was wonderful! She quickly responded when we had a little problem--the hairdryer was missing. The unit was nicely supplied with paper products. It was quiet and near the laundry facilities.

The condo is nicely decorated. The property sits on a lovely lot.

Karen is the perfect rental owner. She immediately responds to your communications. I have never been in condo that has such a beautifully equipped kitchen and baths. The pool facility is convenient and comfortable. We will definitely be back next January!

Nice place to stay

Very quiet complex. Very close to Fort Desoto and St Pete Beach area. Beautiful pool setting. Saw Manatee off the boat docks. Great place for kayaking. Owner very easy to communicate with.

Great vacation stay!

We had such a great time!! The unit was clean and spacious just as the pictures showed, had everything we needed, including a spacious kitchen, extra towels and sheets/bedding. The heated pool was amazing, with a great view. The location was also great with de soto beach just a few minutes away and a kids play area just across the street, 2 minute walk. We will definitely come back again! We met the owner on our way out, she was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay.

Ants were coming from underneath the crawl space below building . Condo association had crawlspaces below inspected and sprayed. The local island insect company came to inspect the interior and sprayed . Inspector mentioned dishes were piled high in the sink and a package of breakfast sweet rolls were left open on the counter top in kitchen . Clogged tub drain was fixed ASAP
