Make yourself home in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Lyneham, where you’ll enjoy full access to all amenities during your stay.

BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
Note for the Ensuite Bathroom Sliding Door: Please ensure the thumb turn is turned all the way through to lock the door securely — a partial turn will not activate the lock.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - toaster - oven - coffee machine - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has an LG smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. TV does not have local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 2 cars. Heaps of free street parking nearby. There are 7 spots of onsite visitor parking that doesn`t require remote access.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

**Booking Confirmation** Guest verification is required before your reservation is confirmed (a local council requirement). Simply complete the process within 24 hours of booking — it`s quick and straightforward. Bookings not verified within this window may be automatically cancelled.
**Check-In & Check-Out** - Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM - Need a little flexibility? Reach out in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that unauthorised late departures incur a $110/hour fee.
**No Smoking | No Pets** This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.
**Leave It as You Found It** Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
**Registered Guests Only** Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance — we`re happy to help.
**No Parties or Events** This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.
**Families Welcome** Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.
**Bathroom Matters** We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.

We were happy with the facilities and their cleanliness and it was spacious for five people. It was convenient to central Canberra while providing a semi-rural experience for our early morning runner. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Thank you. A really lovely and clean 3 bedroom apartment. Easy to find and good location. Appreciated the coffee machine and pods, thank you! Great communication with the organiser. It’s on the top floor so keep in mind there are 2 are two flights of stairs from the LUG.

The apartment was neat, tidy and clean. Very spacious. The only thing id like improved is y he check in time. 4pm is very late. Most check in is at 2pm. If there is a late chech in time there should be a compensation of free plate check out at 12pm

We understand your comment regarding check-in time. Based on guest feedback, we’ve already adjusted our standard check-in time to 3:00 pm, which allows us to balance earlier access with the time needed to ensure the apartment is properly cleaned and prepared. Late check-out options are also available in advance where scheduling allows.
Amenities were fine and clean. A second key would be great when ppl need to do different things or go diff places. Unable to lock doors to the balcony.
