Welcome to Sunnyside! This cozy, must-stay retreat is the perfect getaway, just minutes from beautiful beaches and the town center.

With luxurious linens, comfy beds, and a sunny backyard with BBQ and fresh herbs, it’s the ultimate spot to relax. Inside, you’ll find a cool kitchen, open living space, and a bonus third toilet.

Upstairs, unwind in the spacious bedrooms and a second living area with a study. Modern comforts like air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a LARGE double garage make your stay hassle-free. Sunnyside is your perfect coastal escape, just a short stroll from everything !

Bed Configuration (Linen Included):

1x King
1x Queen
2x Single Beds

If desired, the bedding configuration can be changed to 1 Queen, 2 Singles long Bed and 2 Single Beds. Please contact the office 48 hours before checkin to the property.

While we provide all essential bed linens, including mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper, along with any other personal necessities.

All bookings are subject to holiday letting terms and conditions. Please note that parties or functions are strictly prohibited out of respect for our neighbors. Noise complaints may result in the loss of your security deposit and immediate eviction.

South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside village, located just a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. Home to some of the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, South West Rocks is the perfect destination for your holiday.

Much newer and nice than most of the properties around with that home touch including things like sugar , oil salt pepper, washing detergent, would grab a few extra rolls of toilet paper if staying 3 days or more

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best holiday rental property in South West Rocks , lovely furnishings and linen etc , and so very well maintained and kept. The cleaning and presentation is a absolute credit to Katie the cleaner , she is brilliant and very very house proud. Only small comment would be given some of the recent breakins,cars stolen etc in SWR . I was very uncomfortable with the absence of a lockable door between the garage and the house, the remotes on the garage doors are easily replecated. I actually turned off the auto garage door at the power point each night .But it is a lovely residence and loved it.

Reviewer Comments: they will charge you an extra cleaning fee if the cleaners have to actually clean I suspect the cleaners are the ownwers and will just take the money out of your account with a bunch of photos showing they had to actually clean, dissapointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed a week in SWR and we loved Sunnyside. it was perfect for us. The house is well looked after. The BBQ works fine. The kitchen is well designed. The outside area is small but barely used it as we were at the beach most of the time and the house is spacious inside with fan and AC.The house is at walking distance to the centre of town, the main beach and the river bridge. The double garage was perfect for us with a high ceiling. I could fit my grand Cherokee with a roof box on it with no issues. For activities: the beaches are great! and jumping from the bridge is a must!! We went to Treetops in Coffs Harbour, it is a bit far but it is worth it. Kids loved it. We will definitely be back at SWR and Sunnyside.
