The space
With high-speed WiFi available throughout the house, we can accommodate up to 10 guests in the following bedding configuration:

Bedroom 1 - Doube bed bunk & single bed bunk - sleep 5 in total
Bedroom 2 - Double bed bunk - sleep 3 in total
Living room - Double sofa bed - sleep 2 in total

Modern appliances include an air fryer and a milkshake maker.
The house provides a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor dining area.
The house features a washing machine and dryer.
Both the living and dining rooms have Netflix TVs.
Please be advised that our property has a strict NO PARTY policy, including Bucks or Bachelor parties. Our space is tailored for families and groups visiting Sydney and is not suitable for events such as Bucks weekends. Thank you for your understanding.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire house. Positioned behind the main house, also known as a granny flat, it features a distinct entry and is entirely separate from the main residence. Additionally, the backyard is exclusively reserved for your use.

Parking is available on our quiet and safe street.
