Place was clean and neat. Bedrooms were decent sized. House was as described, with the added bonus of a large outside patio in the back, which had table and chairs and sofas, perfect for entertaining
Great big house with room to spread out for a large family. Unfortunately we did have some issues during our stay. There is no hot water to the bath, so it was not usable. The air con in the front of the house would trip the power to the rest of the house when it was turned on so we did not have any heating to half of the house. The dishwasher had a "no water' error code so we could not use that either. I contacted the host a few days into our stay and explained our issues but also advised we did not expect them to be looked at or fixed during the rest of our stay as it was a public holiday long weekend. I request reimbursement of a portion of the stay due to these issues and was advised that the dishwasher was working, blaming us for pressing the wrong buttons, and that the only problem was the bath. They also said if we had told them sooner they could have fixed it, meaning they would have come over to the property during our stay, on a public holiday, to do repairs, not likely. In the end we did get a slight refund but definitely will not be staying there in the future.
The property is good for family stay, and it was clean. The house owner provided basic breakfast and essentials. Only issue we faced was there was no hot water supply from day2. Thanks

Thank you . We accept that the hot water was not available due to the 1 in 100 year probability of the NSW flooding which occurred at this time. The hot water system has now been changed. We are sorry for your inconvenience.
