Loved this comfortable, roomy, perfectly equipped condo. Loved the security and quiet of the building. Great location. Enjoyed the balcony in the morning and seeing the sunset in evening. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The condo was very nice. It was exactly like the pictures. Private balcony was excellent. The pool and outdoor grilling area came in very handy with the hot temperatures. Very close to restaurants and stores. Ron was an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious condo, loved the layout and the decor, the kitchen was very nice and fully stocked and updated, the location was very close to food and just a walk across the street to the beach. Unobstructed beach view from patio and the building is maintained well and very safe, loved the garage parking, the pool area had very nice furniture and a great barbecue dining area with grills, we would definitely stay again!

This property does not disappoint. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and utensils. View from balcony is perfect. Loved sitting out and having coffee in the morning and enjoying the evening breeze. Great location.

Summary of property at 2060 Beach Blvd

The property was exactly as advertised. Balcony faced the water for a great view. Across the highway from the beach but easy access. Nearby restaurants. Condo was cleaned and stocked with all we needed. The other residents were quiet and those we met were very nice. We would definitely stay there again if we choose to return to the area.

First VRBO

It was a nice condo with a great view. Owner Ron is very helpful. It was his first time also doing a VRBO rental so there was also a learning curve. But any problems he was right on it. I would definitely rent from him again and recommend his condo to anyone. Thank you Ron for a very pleasant stay.

Weekend getaway

Everything was wonderful. Great location and quiet condo with a great view of the water. Super clean and comfortable. We stayed on the balcony majority of the time we were there just enjoying the breeze off the water. The only thing I will mention is that the reserved space in the garage does not accommodate vehicles over 17 feet long. You have to park on the lot behind the building if you are bringing a large vehicle. It is still close, just not covered. We loved this condo though and would definitely stay there again!

Great location with everything you need but needs a good cleaning!

We were pleased to see that the booking looked just like the photos. Check in was easy and having your own assigned garage spot is a huge plus. Every appliance and cooking tool we could have needed was in the condo. Having a washer and dryer was essential for a beach trip and 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms made it comfortable for our family. Our complaint was the level of cleaning that had been done. There was trash under the couch. When you moved the decorative pillows, there were food crumbs and random beads behind both. All the furniture had stains, as did the comforters and sheets. Towels smelled musty and dirty and some even smelled like cigarette smoke so we had to rewash them before use. Some were still wet as were the bath mats. Dishes in the cabinet had food crumbs and stains. All the drawers and cabinets had food bits too. Walls had stains on them as did the kitchen backsplash and microwave. The microwave had a horrible odor so we cleaned it also before using it to heat anything. If a good detailed cleaning would occur, it would be a perfect place to stay. We were just frustrated at what we kept finding and the amount of cleaning we had to before being able to use certain things.
