Escape city life and immerse in Yass' serenity at Original Farm. Experience our farmstay, connect with the land, witness the farm-to-table journey, and indulge in the breathtaking panoramas of the Yass Valley. Our cozy tiny home is partially off-grid, it is mainly powered by Solar Panels and supplemented with grid electricity. You will have access to the air-conditioner, but the farm breeze is usually cool enough.
The space
What you can do:
Hands-On Farming: Dive into the joy of harvesting your own vegetables, picking produce straight from the source.
Fruit Picking: Surrounded by Fig trees and Apple trees, harvest and indulge in the seasonal treats from nature.
Get Up Close to Farm Animals: Delight in the company of our friendly farm animals and visiting kangaroos, fostering a connection with the charm of rural life.
Guest access
The farm is a 10-minute drive from Yass town and a 45-minute drive from Canberra.
You can park in the parking area, or you can choose to pack near the tiny home.
This is a working farm, so the road are sufficient for various type of vehicles.
Feel free to roam around the Farm, observe the planting and harvest process, and visit the nursery greenhouse for seedlings
