This cottage has 3 bedrooms and a large Kitchen Living room area with large windows. You have the view of a beautiful plain, with a forest at the back for walking. You also have access to the Lac à la truite (lake without motorboat). Please note that the rental does not include the garage.

Ideal for Alpine Skiing enthusiasts: 5 minutes from Ski Mont-Orford and 40 minutes from Ski Mont Owl's Head.

5 minutes from the SEPAQ du Mont-Orford where you have the opportunity to go hiking in the mountains, mountain biking and cross-country skiing.

Discover the many restaurants in city centre Magog and the city of Orford.
Take a walk along the Rivière-aux-Cerises or along the beautiful Lake Memphremagog. The region is renowned for its bicycle travel with its many bike paths.
