Don't expect a paradise

Firstly, my gf is filipino and lives a modest life in the Ph washing with a bucket/pot. Her opinion is "horrible". The place was overgrown with long grass around the property, across the street. The "beach" was coral rock, 5 inches of dead seagrass, trash, drift wood and trash. The house was quint, but, in disrepair. The louver windows had large gaps allowing bugs, air conditioners were undersized unable to keep us comfortable, the water was mixed with saltwater, a public rest room was just outside, locals have no plumbing, goats and dogs deficated everywhere. When showering soap would'nt lather leaving us unclean and always sticky. The kitchen had very few cooking supplies or amenities like a bottle opener, coffee pot. A very sketchy 220volt plug in cable to a 1 working burner stove. You felt like you could be electricuted at anytime. We were bitten by insects throughout the house. 2 days later, the care takers cleaned the grass and across the street then burned it for 2 days filling our bedroom with smoke. On the 3rd day I asked them to stop. There is a beach to the right covered with deep dead grass trash and bugs. The caretaker said a typhoon destroyed the beach in front of the house and the previous renters took from the kitchen, broke a cabinet. The house is for sale, the owner isn't fixing anything. We lived in the master bedroom,Ceiling fans don't work in the living room or patio. The scooters kept our sanity to get away. Want a partial refund.
