Walk everywhere

Great location. Easy walk to Montecito restaurants. Cottage had beautiful well stocked kitchen! Train noise was a little bothersome but not late at night or early morning. Barbecuing out on the sunny patio was awesome! It was also nice the have a washer and dryer.
