Penthouse in the Solara - all it is made out to be
My wife and I looked for a brief escape to the mountains and found this gem at a very affordable rate in the offseason. From the very first moment we booked, we felt good about the decision. The communication with our hosts was great leading up to arrival and then perfect once there. They went beyond to fix a small issue we had upon checkin and even further after our departure, when they offered to mail me a remote control I had forgotten in the condo. The condo itself is perfect for two people. Very spacious, with a wonderful balcony looking right at Lady Macdonald, a bright kitchen area with lots of workspace, a very spacious bathroom with bathtub and luxury shower. You feel at home the moment you walk in. Anyone reading this review and wondering whether to book their stay here can only be encouraged. We will definitely keep our eyes out for this unit when next we travel to Canmore.
