All guests will be required to submit credit card details for security purposes - directly to the property.
Please leave the house in the same condition as you found it, clean & tidy, including the bbq. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $45 per hour to clean this.
GOLD COAST NOISE RESTRICTIONS
Our property has a firm no party policy with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no loud music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.
Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 8pm – 6am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.
Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
