Escape to our coastal retreat. Large, open plan home with leafy ocean views. Upper and lower decks and large, private yard areas. Easy walk to Bulli and Woonona beaches, cafes and the coastal walking/ bike path.
Off-street parking on a large block. All-electric with solar panels and access to a car charger. 3 minute drive to Woolworths supermarket and train to Sydney and Kiama.

Accommodating up to max 10 guests in 5 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds (2 with queen beds, 1 with king single and single, 1 with double bed and 2 single beds in small adjoining studio.)

Located a 3 minute walk from Bulli Beach and Illawarra cycleway our home is perfectly situated for relaxed summer living. You can see, hear and smell the surf yet be in a quiet, leafy oasis. Easy access to public transport with the bus stop across the road, train station and Woolworths a 3 minute drive away. Walk, drive or ride to any number of local cafes and other shopping conveniences.

Enjoyable stay, great house and location

Great house and walking distance to the beach and rock pool. Also within the delivery area for many food options if ordering through food delivery providers, The listing is accurate - 8 people can fit comfortably in the house, and 2 single beds are in the adjacent studio with an attached toilet. A lot of supplies in the pantry (possibly left by the previous groups including cooking oil, sauces, and rice). Clean quality linen, towels, and shower gels are provided. Will be happy to stay again. Patrick is accommodating with arrival and departure times and contact and instructions for entry are handy. Thank you.
