The Woonona Beach Villa is a Beautiful Private Family and PET Friendly Villa. It is very popular for couples and families. It is decorated in a Bright, Modern, Coastal vibe. Private Outdoor area. Well stocked with everything you need. Just bring your clothes and food and you’re all set. Main bedroom has a Queen Size bed with large built in wardrobe with shelving, drawers & coat hangers. This room also has a remote controlled TV and a remote controlled ceiling fan. 2nd bedroom has king single bunk beds with another pull out trundle bed. Sleeps 3 children comfortably or 2 Adults. Ceiling fan and built in wardrobe with draws, shelving & coat hangers. Maximum of 2 adults & 3 children or 4 adults. Late checkout of 4pm Sundays (subject to availability at time of booking) not including Xmas holidays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leanne’s lovely property. Lovely decor, top tier amenities, great location, and a very contactable host.
The property is conveniently located close to the train lines, but if you are a light sleeper, be aware that they can honk quite loudly late into the evening.

A lovely stay in a beautifully renovated little place. Well equipped with anything you may need and close to shops. Couple of drawbacks, outdoor area at back gets no sun as the roof covers most of the yard and the place backs directly onto a train station.
Super-comfy beds, lux bathroom, beautiful living area. Five-minute walk from beaches and cycle paths which take you to Wollongong and Thirroul. Really well-stocked kitchen and full streaming services on the TV. What more could you ask for?

Beautifully presented, the property was welcoming, light and cosy with all the comforts of home. Leanne has created a fantastic space, perfect for either a couple or family of four! We will certainly visit this little oasis again! Thank you for your hospitality Leanne
We wanted for nothing. We were able to entertain our Wollongong relatives there for lunch who also were impressed. Bed, Chairs all very comfortable. we will certainly go there again and recommend it.
Leanne's place is beautiful, it's well appointed, spacious and has a really nice feel to it. Leanne was super responsive with coming back to us on questions and did a lot to make our stay great. Highly reccommend
This place was clean and classy! The provisions were generous and stylish. The rooms were bright, the bathroom was inviting, the Internet was slow. We were thoroughly satisfied and would be pleased to hire it again. Recommended!!!
Wow. My buddy and I spent a long weekend at Leanne’s place. Not only is it stunning in the aesthetic sense, it’s light and bright and dreamy. And so welcoming. We relaxed so much that it was very bloody hard to leave.
Unbelievable workmanship in this house (Dad taught Industrial Arts so …). Very classy and refined.
Location is brilliant! Close to everything you’d need. You can hear the ocean, so it’s a stone’s throw.

The villa was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a great location. Kitchen, shower room and laundry had everything provided. The little extras were a lovely bonus. Our thanks to Leanne and Lynnie (who was super helpful and friendly). Our little pooch also had a great time - small secure yard was perfect. Would highly recommend.

I bought & built this property so we always have a special place to stay with easy access to the beach. My property is always cleaned & sanitised after each guest. It is affordable. 5 minute walk to the beach, the park, shops, train station & an easy drive or train ride to Wollongong central.

My property stands out from the rest as it is Spotlessly clean and it is a Pleasure to walk into. It is very homely with a beautiful Coastal vibe.
